His flaws are that he doesn't excel at anything to make him great. I'd agree that he is technically sound but he isn't anything we haven't seen before. Maybe Garcia is another Danny Garcia, good at everything but great at nothing but potential wise Broner has skills to be a great fighter. Broner has great speed, very good footwork, and is equally as powerful. Mikey is a good fighter but his ceiling is much lower than a fighter of Broners level. Maybe Broner will not have the mental make up to be great but skill wise, he has the potential to be a very good fighter.
Who has better potential Adrien Broner or Peter "kid chocolate" Quillin?

broner is a bum who got exposed by quintero and ponce he's really a jr welter beating up superfeatherweights
Mikey Garcia has superior power, jab, lateral movement, defense, and ring generalship
go rewatch the escabedo fight where broner got hit repeatedly with a jab and didn't know what to do....had they been the same size broner would have lost but he's a cheating bum who can't make weightComment

considering their respective ages you have to give it to broner, whos better at this stage can be argued over but broner has alot more time to improve. i think hes more talented too anyways. better athletisism, skills and ring intelligence.
also im not sure some posters grasp the concept of improving over time or potential. its not about whos better right now or whos achieved the most at this point. in fact quillin should have fought better competition, hes much older. has he fought 6 years worth of better competition (or whatever the gap is)? i dont think so. and even if he did it doesnt mean he has more potential. where they are at dont matter its how far they can go.Comment

damn this kid is reaching. all these mexibums he keeps naming all LOST to broner. he didn't get exposed by any of them in fact he holds the W over them. keep talkin kid, broner keeps winning. watch him handle demarco like a dog.No basically everything you wrote is WRONG

they ''LOST'' the same way abril and lara ''LOST'' to williams and rios you have to look at the context in which they ''lost'' but i wouldn't be surprised if this concept doesn't reach your grasp
keep supporting PED frauds like peterson and berto soul brother street trashComment

on a world class level even though adrien hasnt fought those big fights i see more of a future for broner they can do alot of things with the guy after demarco(assuming he wins) they can move him to 40 with a in-house fight with danny garcia (styles make fights i think broner out-skill's danny") move up to 47 fight paulie
go over to peter (love the guy) but martinez ko's him easy imo i feel chavez jr would be a hell of a fight that would test peter to the limit other then a geale fight i dont see any other winnable fights the people at 68 would be to much imo
so broner got my pickComment
