I'm 5'9 I walk around at 165 but would get down to 147 as I'm very strong pound for pound so I would have an advantage at that weight at 154 my strength advantage decrease but i would have a speed advantage...on and I have a nice long reach as well....
I'm 5'11'' and walk around anywhere from 170-175. In my late teens, I could probably get down to 154, because I was around 160-165. But if I had absolutely had to, I could get down to 160 probably. I'm 170 as of yesterday. So Middleweight.
