Loved seeing Morales get destroyed like that. Good job Garcia.. now give Rios a taste of true power so he can get his head exploded the same way. put Malignaggi in there along with Robert Guerrero so those light hitting "fighters" can get their head snapped back just the same.

First off, the Morales fight was an absolute joke. I love Morales, and he made me believe briefly when he fought maidana, but he should have hung up the gloves after there first encounter.

What I saw tonight, was a young fighter, beat an old man. Sure 36 is not that old, but when you take in account the violent wars he's been in, it sure makes that 36 look like a 45.

And for all of you haters saying "He shouldn't fight Amir Khan, he destroyed him" well, I think that's the most ridiculous thing. Amir Khan pretty much knocked himself out. He should handle every fight exactly the way wladamir Klitchko does. He should tuck the chin in, block every chance possible, and dominate off the Jab, Straight cross. He was dominating Garcia in that fight, until he decided to pretend he was Pacquiao.

If garcia fights Mythesse, Or Rios, or any of the top 140 pounders, I think he'll get white washed. I think dude is trash, I think he's absolutely garbage. He just tosses haymakers around and if he gets lucky he gets lucky. Maidana, (if he went back to 140), Rios, Mythesse, or a rematch with Khan, would certainly end his title reign.

This fight was a joke from the get go, Am liking Garcia right now though because am tired of the same old names that they are just recycling.. I don't think GBP would make Danny/Lucas M though, if they do then major props because God knows the man deserves his chance finally at those belts.

I am one of Morales's biggest fans but I will say that he has respect, he congratulated Morales after the fight and Danny Garcia is now the fighter I will follow. the only worry is that his father is such an idiot, lol.

Morales is my man forever, but he was never a jr.welter. Lightweight should have been his limit. The man likes his food too much "I can't blame him after making weight so many times", he almost never missed making weight. He is a tough, tough dude, but it's over. Now I can admit it. And Garcia punches like a mule. Nobody ever did anything like that to Morales until tonight.

Felt bad watching Morales get rocked like that. I was jumping and screaming when he was fighting Maidana. Made me a believer. Dude's a legend regardless of this loss.

With that said, Danny's legit. It's going to take a fighter that knows how to avoid punches consistently to beat him. Khan couldn't do it. Morales was too old to do it and you better believe Rios can't even imagine how to do it.

and Garcia brutally ends Rios' carreer if they ever fight. Less than 5 rounds to do it too. Rios will be smart about covering up the right side with his glove for awhile, but a few will slip in and eventually.
