Rigo is more skilled, but that doesn't make him better overall. His lack of punch volume and suspect chin makes him appear vulnerable at this stage in his career.

I say Moreno is better skilled as a pro fighter.

Rigo with better Amuetur skills that do help him as a pro.

I vote the guy who uses both hands.

Rigo may be more skilled, as someone said, but he's not a better fighter overall IMO.

            Moreno is more complete.

Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno. The secret will be out after November 10th.

moreno...he makes up for his lack of power with his skills and smarts. it's different when you can't get your opponents to respect your power and so you have to rely purely on your skills to win fights.

rigo is fortunate to have good power. if he doesn't have it, he could've lost to guys like cordoba and marroquin. ramos would've not fought scared against him and the fight would be entirely different.

The Ring top 10 P4P, for what win? Darchinyan?

Then again, The Ring is all over the place with their ratings. Malignaggi and Zaveck over Bradley at WW. Kell Brook at #3. Guerrero just entered WW and already has a better resume at WW than Kell Brook lol. Bailey has a better resume at WW than Brook. What is Brook doing at #3?

Also, why did The Ring made that 2. Mayweather/Pacquiao thing, Pacquiao is barely top 5.

                    The Ring fell off badly.
