I would give the slight edge to Moreno, I think their offensive game are pretty similar, but Moreno is better defensively.

I think Rigo is better defensively and Moreno is better offensively. Not to say that Moreno isn't defensively sound, but his height/reach usually keeps him out of harm's way. On the other hand, Rigondeaux's defense can dramatically slow down the tempo of a fight. The opponent doesn't throw because Rigo doesn't give any obvious openings, and his foot-work is really good.

Didn't expect the poll to be so lopsided but I'mma have to agree with most here, Moreno is a more complete fighter.
