it makes no sense how someone could say they have no problem with floyd facing the winner of this fight. would the winner be a legit option if Floyd fought everyone else - yeah. but, considering he'd make double-triple to fight Pacquiao with 55% of the revenue; or close to double with 80% of the revenue v. Martinez who has said he'd fight at '54, the weight Floyd just fuoght at - shows there are 2 options that are better and would make floyd more $. Obviously all floyd cares about is to continue to make 40 mil per fight against guys that have very little chance to beat him - as opposed to taking a challenge and actually making more $

pac fighting in Dec against a guy who IMO beat him last Nov and is slready scheduled for April so take that option out. Also pac can make money too but Arum wont risk his cow losing which inthink he will. Martinez is much more of a challenge to his 0 than pac but he is having surgery soon so for that lets say no. Winner of this fight, like i said becomes a highly ranked WW asopposed to JMM, who is legit but not at this weight and Rios who had his first fight at jr WW. This fight would be bigger than those inmy eyes cause they are legit WW and fighting eachother who are legit challenges. And to answer another statement please tell me who else makes 40 mil a fight? Ifno one then why would he change that for a guy gping thrpugh surgery and anotger that has a fight coming up and pretty much promised to another in April.

If Floyd continues the trend of fighting once a year,I really hope he doesn't waste 2013 on either of these guys!

I actually think Manny will lose to Marquez anyway and even if he does end up fighting Floyd it won't be as competitive as some think!
Canelo has the size and power but people think he is too green for Floyd.I actually see this being a very exciting fight
Martinez for me,is the best fight to make.While I think Floyd could out point Sergio,It's also possible that the power and movement of Sergio could be too much for Floyd.....this is the fight fans should be asking for!!!

Well considering Mayweather-Martinez will never happen and really doesn't HAVE TO happen, and that the main fight that HAS TO HAPPEN probably won't happen, I wouldn't mind seeing Floyd fight the winner. Canelo hasn't done anything to warrant the Floyd fight yet, Garcia needs 1-2 more good wins against Matthysse/Alexander type fighters first, so Guerrero/Berto makes sense.

It's more legit than fighting Rios or Maidana.

Yeah, that is just about the way I feel. I'd like to see Floyd face no one but Pacquiao and Martinez, but I think his next opponent will either be the Guerrero/Berto winner or Alvarez.

A lot of people don't think Oscar will let Alvarez face Floyd next, but I personally think that fight is on the cusp of happening.

Guerrero looks very hittable from his last fight. He looks slower as he gains weight.
I think Berto has a good shot to beat him if Guerrero continues to have problem with the jab.

ah right, i thought it was longer than that. i have a problem with the winner fighting floyd. its 2nd best all over again. there are 2 fights and 2 fights only for mayweather imo. pacquiao and martinez. anything else doesnt mean much, to me at least anyway.
