I think it could end up looking like Cotto vs Margarito 1. Cotto would make him look silly in the early rounds but Rios would have his moments. Rios would start to come on stronger as the fight progresses, Cotto would start to retreat Rios continues his relentless pressure and forces the TKO.

actually Cotto has learned to fight pretty well going backwards, watch the second margarito fight. but when cotto was undefeated and confident he was an attacking pressure fighter. but then the first margarito fight happened and cotto was never the same fighter. he is still good now, better at certain things (like boxing going backwards), but not even close to as beast as like when he fought Mosley.

i dont get all this sudden hype about rios. it was a very good fight at the weekend in a toe to toe brawl. but it looks like alot of you have forgot the fight he had before that!!!!

Before Cotto's 1st loss, @140, he would have boxed rios ears off. I like Rios as a fighter, but he's a brawler, not much for boxing skills, like Margo.

Cotto can do both. We seen it many times, he can brawl and he's got some very good boxing skills. His amatuer record is really good, and laid the foundation for his pro career. I'll take a boxer over a brawler anyday, given they share pretty much the same natural physical attributes. Pac was an exception.

A guy's brain is one of his biggest assets in the ring.
