Donaire would UTTERLY OUTCLASS & possibly OBLITERATE Rigondeaux

Didn't you hear the new reason?? Rigo supposedly priced himself out!!! lmaoWV2 has never done S**T. And Mathebula beat Ndlovu and had a close fight with Caballero. I didn't mind Mathebula all that much, it was a unification. But he can't say Rigo is too boring, not exciting enough, not known enough, hasn't done enough, than turn around and fight Jeffrey Mathebula of South Africa.
This match-up is on the same road as Pac/Mayweather, not gonna hold my breath about it. Nonito has more star-potential, and Arum has numerous eggs in that basket. Rigo is the back-up dancer, the supporting character on the stage. Nonito got the better/more notable opponents, gets the bigger pay-days, etc. Why shouldn't he right? He's been a pro longer and has "paid his dues". Now Donaire is acting like the snotty brat on the block who has more $$$ than his friends, a lot more shit-talking now that he's in a favorable position. Rigo should be the one fighting Arce, he needs a name opponent much more than Nonito does.Last edited by kiaba360; 10-14-2012, 01:20 AM.Comment

Donaire needs to put some of these ^^^^^ dudes on his payroll . Since when is it cool to openly duck a guy in boxing while using some lame ass excuses for justification ?
Max Kellerman is constantly asking you about a fight with Rigo.
This forum is filled with posts about this possible fight.
ESPN poll says its the fight fans want ....
"He doesn't excite me" "He needs a few more wins" ...
That'll do Donaire... That'll doComment

First of all I'm fan of Rigo, but I think Donaire would win the fight based on his size; however, it seems that Donaire is ducking Rigo. I don't understand people saying he doesnt have enough fights. Are you guys with the Donaire camp? Donaire said he wanted to unify all the belts. Rigo is not a contender, he is a title holder. Regardless of how many fights he has, he has a belt. I'm seriously dissapointed with DonAire. He fears the smaller fighter, Rigo.Comment

For one, he's never layed an egg like Rico vs Rigo, and for 6 rds vs Shimoda. And he had people excited about him for a minute, unlike Rico. WV was just fine for a vacant belt moving up, way better than Morel. He was expected to go out on his shield vs Donaire, but played it smart and that will serve him well later. WV KO Ramos any time.He KO'd a Top 10 SBW. What has Vazquez Jr ever done???? I'll wait....
You can't say Rigo is too boring, not known enough, doesn't get you excited, hasn't done enough, than fight Vazquez Jr and Mathebula.
Mathebula was a decent win, and Nishioka was a good win. Though Nishioka looked like crap, it was a good win coming into the fight. He STILL needs to fight Mares/Moreno and/or Rigo before leaving 122.Comment

Caba was not yet established when Cordoba beat him. Mathebula went to Caba's home in Panama when he was Ring top 10 p4p, and IMO got robbed to the extent Macklin got robbed by Sturm. You saw Caba winning? We didn't say Cordoba or Ramos were as good as Donaire... so I have no idea how that is pertinent.
But Cordoba beat Caballero, while Mathebula lost to Caballero. That makes Cordoba more worthy an opponent than Mathebula does it not?
Rico Ramos was rated #2 in the division by boxrec when Rigo demolished him.
Meanwhile Cordoba had got KOed by Euro level Dunne. And Rigo didn't look good there.Comment

i really dont know how anyone could say rigo beats nonito...he does'nt have a jab, he's suceptible to left hook which is nonito's money punch, has suspect chin and has very low workrate...i just dont see it...
i want this fight in the future but right now , nonito really gets nothing from it..Comment

Not yet established? 6 years into his pro career? 2 fights before he dominated Ponce De Leon?Caba was not yet established when Cordoba beat him. Mathebula went to Caba's home in Panama when he was Ring top 10 p4p, and IMO got robbed to the extent Macklin got robbed by Sturm. You saw Caba winning?

Boxrec rankings are a joke. He was very lucky to get past his opponent in his last bout, 8rder on telefutura. His prospect opponent pretty much got shut out on shobox later.http://boxrec.com/ratings.php?sex=m&...20Bantamweight
Rico Ramos is STILL ranked higher than both Vasquez AND Mathebula.
What now?Comment
