Vanes is going to shock the world, not cuz he's going to win because that wouldn't be shocking at all, but because of the way he's going to win. He will outclass Lara, he will embarass and dominate Lara every round. Lara is a one trick pony, how hard can it be to avoid a straight left that doesn't even carry any power (Hernandez, Williams, Molina, caught them flush but never even buckled them). How can an average left hand outclass an Olympian with Vanes" skill, footwork, and speed? Vanes is a technician with popping power and I can't wait until he man handles Lara. Can see him moving to the left and popping Lara all night long with punches he can't see coming (Lara has never seen speed anywhere near Vanes in any of his fights). Combine that with The pressure Vanes will put and attacking the body that is so vulnerable, Lara stands no chance! Mark my words! Oh rigo too but... anytime the JMW division is brought up, his name is always there, and added with no one wants to fight him, everyone ducks him, he's amazing. Look anytime Canelos name is mentioned at who he is going to fight for instance. Rigo is on a different level of hype, Lara isn't talked about as much, but when he is he's vastly overrated imo.Wtf you talking about? How often do you hear about Lara in this place? You can say that about Rigo but sure as hell not Lara.
As for this article, I hope they dont go in there underestimating Vanes. Aside from the other issues, Lara went into the Molina fight probably underestimating the guy and looking for the quick KO which was the case for his previous 4 fights before Molina. Lara has shown vs Williams and Hernandez that he can **** it out for 12 rounds on the outside or on the inside.

Ronnie Shields the clown dirty coach...All Vanes has to do literally is just pressure Lara and its a wrap, Lara is like your typical Cuban fighters love to put pressure on guys, but once pressure is applied to him its a wrap, Vanes just has to box POINT BLANK and be more aggressive, he can KO Lara, but he has to want this, he has to go for the kill, he has to know this is the fight of his life...If Vanes boxes him and puts pressure and counters Lara's pressure its a done deal....Nice knowing you Lara but you have no skills.....Comment

Just because you don't hear about Lara much doesn't mean that he's not a great fighter. He could be being ducked by most of the fighters today. Lara hands down is gonna beat the **** outta Vanes. Vanes can't fight and he hasn't learned anything since he's been with Roach. Who has Vanes ever beat? He really lost to a washed up Kasim Ouma. He's been knocked down by bums. We saw Lara beat the brakes off of Paul Williams and Vanes wouldn't have dared step in the ring with Williams. Easy work for Lara guaranteedWtf you talking about? How often do you hear about Lara in this place? You can say that about Rigo but sure as hell not Lara.

I agree, lara gets the hype here like margarito once did... all the marge fans thought he was the greatest thing since sliced bread until mosley sat him down and spanked himI wouldn't say overall he's a hype job... I said on this forum he's referred to as the second coming of christ sometimes. He's a good fighter no doubt, but he's not proven that he's an elite top of the line once in a generation fighter that some people make him out to be, that's all.
PS. WAR VANES!!!Comment
