This is so ****** it boggles the mind. You've clearly never seen a settlement agreement before and know zero about litigation. There was no "1st judgment for mayweather to pay 113k"--that was a discovery sanction. Huge difference. Second, the "each side to pay their own legal fees" language is standard in almost every settlement agreement I've ever done. I've seen it in settlements where the settlement amount was in the nine and even ten figures (for the slow--hundreds of millions or billions of dollars). This case was thrown out!!! so all you pac turds thinking manny got paid. Think again!!!
the document showed in the terms that in #3 both parties will be responsible for their own legal fees! so the 1st judgment for mayweather to pay 113k to manny pac for his "legal fees" was obviously was thrown out!!
again because the court document provided in the terms of agreement that #3 both parties will be responsible for their own legal fees!!!
in the end im sure the judge told manny he is acting like a *** for suing!!!
boxers have accused of this before but never a law suit!!
The clearest evidence that Floyd capitulated here (other than his refusal to be deposed) is the apology. You don't give public apologies unless compelled to in the settlement. Floyd would have avoided that at all costs if he could have, but it was necessary to bring this to a close.Comment

Called it!
About time. At the end of the day who cares who has to pay who as long as this school girl $#!t is put to rest. Both got money so no reason to be rejoicing about who got who if it ain't in the boxing ring.Last edited by GRUSTLER; 09-27-2012, 03:24 PM.Comment
