Ever heard of Aging? Has nothing to do with steroids, even Tim Bradley who was younger and stronger couldn't land flush on Pacman, Pac is slowly declining its nature.

He was never on the juice, if he was he would be cutting down from 170 pounds. Steroids will make you put on size no matter what, and the way Pac trains and eats he would be huge with the juice.

He has always rehydrated to 140-145 since featherweight, his walk around weight is 145-150 so just except that Pacman is a special guy once in a life time fighter that instead of enjoying you guys hated on because he wasn't your kind.
