In a 15 round fight would Froch KO ward?

You think Carl Froch would ko ward if the fight had been 15 rounds? In the 12-rounder Froch won most of the championship rounds and Ward was fading fast, i don't think he'd survive the full 15 against froch, that could have been a lucky escape.

Sure but if fights were 15 rounds still, the preparation would be much different. Ward would have fought a completely different fight. The fight may not even been made as we don't know if Froch and Ward would be just as great at 15-round fights.

I hate these questions. People train for 12 rounds. Boxing is 12 rounds, and thats now the game. 15 rounds is long gone

No, 15 round fights actually favour fighters like Ward as it allows them more time to figure out and break down their opponent.

what if? why even discuss cause everyone will say what they want rather then what will happen.

No. This fight wasnt competitive. Froch was tired too he just seemed to be doing more/better because Ward was on auto pilot. Wards clinching style lends itself well to 15 rounders.

                No I don't think so.

The fight was very one sided. I think Froch could have performed better for sure but Ward is too good.

Ward was definitely tired towards the end.

But then if it was a 15 round fight, he'd have trained for 15 rounds. Its all relative.

In a 15 round fight, Ward would prepare for 15 rounds. He would still tire towards the end, but he would have made it and outclassed Froch easily.
