Comments Thread For: Bradley's Trainer Rips Pacquiao: He's on His Way Out!

On Monday, Manny Pacquiao was quite adamant in his decision to fight Juan Manuel Marquez for the fourth time rather than taking a rematch with Tim Bradley.

“I have nothing to prove against Bradley,” Pacquiao told BoxingScene.com’s Luis Sandoval. “Everyone saw who won the fight. If we fought again, it would be one-sided.”

Bradley’s trainer, Joel Diaz, took exception to those words in an interview with this writer a little over 24 hours later.

“If there was a rematch, Tim would make it more decisive,” said Diaz, who is currently training his brother, former titleholder Julio Diaz, for a bout on Sept. 29. “Manny Pacquiao, he’s already on his way out. He’s not the Pacquiao of three or four years ago. There’s a lot of wear and tear already.” [Click Here To Read More]

The Pac stains and Khan lovers hate Bradley but it's a sad truth. Pacquiao has a couple more fights left and we'll probably get to witness Khan get KTFO a couple more times too. Bradley will be around for a while--don't forsee any possible opponent capable of beating him except perhaps Matthyse.

Like I said, a TRUE Champion wouldn't let another fighter walk away with his belt without wanting to prove he won in a rematch.

Pac JMM IV is such a waste of time. Right along the lines of the Clottey, Margarito and Mosley fights.

Look for Bob to exclude Mayweather again and want to make Bradley vs Pac II next year.

Manny is out the door anyway. Next year will be his last one.
