Ward is slowly becoming mainstream and he did it on his own steam. He didn't need a greedy promoter to collude with the judges to screw the other fighter. Bradley will be slightly relevant only to hardcore fans never the casuals until he loses and then he will become the next David Diaz.

Ward is slowly becoming mainstream because he's got the right opponents, the right network and keeps winning. Yep, I'd say it's a sound formula. In the meantime, you can wait...I mean, pray, for the day he becomes the next David Diaz .

I was going to butt in but once I saw that David Diaz comment I knew this was a guy who was just bitter and trolling.

        Nothing to see here.

The forumula isn't the same for one critical reason, no one had to gift Ward a decision like your hero little Timmy. The fans especially casuals are turned off because no one likes to see a guy get robbed by the promoter and judges.

Tim Bradley couldn't sell out his own living room. As soon as hbo see the numbers he pulls he will be dropped from the network bank on it.

How is the comparison not there. Diaz beat a big name in a tough fight albeit a fight he won unlike Timmy then was wiped out by the next big name and is now anonymous. Sounds like it could happen.

The only thing I felt after watching the fight was ripped off. I believed Bradley was a decent fighter but he was exposed in the big leagues and given a gift. It's a sad feeling like the one I felt when Lennox was robbed in Holy 1. Promoters should never be able to hire the judges.

Back on topic, Bradley is irrelevant he couldn't sell out his own living room.
