Arum's plan backfired, Bradley is still a nobody

Sorry if this is a repost

Timothy Bradley is upset Manny Pacquiao selecting Juan Manuel Marquez

It is official now that former WBO titlist Manny Pacquiao is fighting Juan Manuel Marquez for the fourth time. While most fans and analysts are happy with the decision, the current WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley is upset about it. In fact, it is the very first time Bradley has lashed out at Pacquiao.

“I can't believe these guys,” said Timothy ‘The Desert Storm’ Bradley. “He didn't want any part of me. Marquez is an easier fight. He knows that a fight with me and two good legs is going to be hell.”

“I can't believe it. Any champion who lost his belt, you would want to redeem yourself.”

“What the public needs to know is Pacquiao, their No. 1 dude, doesn't care about his loss. You need to redeem yourself because Tim Bradley beat you. You need to come back and redeem that loss.”

“In my eyes, chicken (expletive), chicken, chicken, chicken. I'm too much for these boys, man.”

Manny Pacquiao will be fighting Juan Manuel Marquez on December 8 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. It will be the fourth fight between the two. The first fight ended in a draw, while the latter two were won by Pacquiao.

It should be noted here that Pacquiao went head to head with Timothy Bradley earlier this year on June 9 at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas. Pacquiao lost his title to Bradley via split decision. The result ended up being highly controversial as most fans and analysts believed Pacquiao won the showdown.

In this very context, Bradley was expecting Pacquiao to challenge him again in a rematch to square off their difference. However, the Filipino fighter chose to lock horns with Marquez instead of Bradley. It seems like Bradley will have to live with the ‘boos’ forever. He will never get the chance to show the world he actually defeated the ‘most explosive fighter of his time’.

For now, Pacquiao is preparing hard to defeat Marquez in order to get his hands on Floyd Mayweather Jr., the current WBC welterweight titlist. If Marquez wins, Pacquiao will have lesser chances of scoring a title shot at Mayweather.

    Floyd was right.

These dudes really do need to show support for Bradley. He's literally a no one.

Bradley knows this, he's just trying to save face. He was a much easier win then Marquez was. They didn't choose him because he brings in 0 fans. It kills him inside but it's truth,

If Bradley had beaten Manny in a way to where the public could conceivably say he actually won he would be getting much more respect. The truth is Manny was universally on the end of a robbery. Hell even the wbo panel investigated and said Manny won. Now has Manny had some favorable decisions go his way? That's open to interpretation but he outclassed Bradley. I believe Arum tried to make a new star fighter that night and the world rejected him because they screwed a fan favorite to do it.
