Not when he had to give it up to a guy he has been jealous of for years.

Because that's is still pending. The legal process is still in the discovery phase.

I suspect FMJ was advised that he was basically going to lose the case if it went before a judge immediately, and his best bet was to string it out and wait for additional evidence to support his original slander of Pacquiao. Sadly for him, that won't happen unless Pacquiao fails a drug test - and he's passed every one administered to him for 12 years.

Remember folks, some boxing fans aren't too smart.

This $113K is JUST FOR FLOYD NOT SHOWING UP, the actual defamation suit is still ongoing, and Manny will receive a LOT more money in the future. That's a lot of money for Floyd just refusing to show up.

All Floyd has to do is prove his accusations in court. You can't just accuse people of anything without proof. This is America not some third world country.

If you can't prove it, all you have to do is make a public apology. But Floyd is too damn arrogant and his mind is that of a teenager. He's surrounded by yes people who will only say what he wanted to hear.

Damn 100k easy pay day just for Floyd not showing up in court, imagine when Manny wins the case? Floyd will have millions coming out of his pocket.
