Only those who have laced up leather or truly care about actual competition can truly acknowledge what I mean.

Floyd Mayweather is the Great Pretender of this generation.
He may be good, but not good enough to take on the best of the last decade.

Although a little off-topic, this is a good point. Marquez is crafty and a dangerous fight for anybody - even the great Mayweather was boxing him very carefully, and he outweighed him by at least 5 pounds!

Every boxing expert says that Marquez' countering style is perfectly suited for Manny's attacking style, so you have to respect Manny's cojones for trying to put an end to this controversy by challenging a foe who's style is a perfect fit to counter his.

Both men are truly living legends. If this fight ends in a stoppage, they can both retire and I will be grateful to have witnessed some of the best matches they have displayed in this sport.
