I guess since pac has so few options for a big money fight in the ring with his recent performances he has to scrounge it up somewhere... Perhaps it's simply an honest opinion. Berto, Peterson, and Tarver had never failed a drug test provided by an athletic commission for their fights, but Berto and Peterson failed random drug tests.

The lawsuit will get dropped because it's trivial how it was brought upon in the first place, and if anything, Mayweather's actually strengthened his case since each of his last three opponents have went through the same random drug testing protocol that he subjects himself to.

You guys call my dude a coward but this little lame duck wants to get a victory and a payday in court. He don't want to do it in the ring. He can continue to persue a lawsuit while he fights rematches with Marquez and Bradley. Pac is lame for this lawsuit mumbo jumbo. nope! floyd isn't strenghtening his case by going thru osdt in his last 3 fight because he is the one who accused pac of ped's used and not the other way around. floyd has to prove his accusation on pac's using peds and he can't forced pac to take random testing either.....and floyd ignoring his own deposition is hurting his defense on this defamation case.

113K is nothing if you see the $$ side of it. but the psychological effect that Manny is winning this battle little by little, that does not help a man who was jailed a couple of weeks ago.i bet he is still having nightmares at night about that jailtime.
