Right now that's a very dangerous fight for him. Before his defeats to Peterson and his terrible exhibition against García I would've said that Khan would easily take it, but right now I'm not so sure anymore.

Make khan-lopez, there's money in it for both, it's winnable for both, it will be accepted by the networks and there's a big opportunity for the winner whether it's garcia/morales or ortiz next. and if either loses, there's no shame in losing for khan or garcia

Realistically Khan should fight Prescott in the UK next, I dont think he can afford to take any more tune up fights. Every fight has to be a big one now.

He has stopped quite a few at 140 but I take it you mean nobody of any note. Its not like Khans been knocking people out himself or you need to have Randall Bailey type power to knock Khan out.

I haven't even seen Soto hurt someone at the championship level since 130, literally no chance he could KO Khan.

Soto is actually a hard puncher, even though Lucas got the KO over Soto he acknowledged that Soto was a very hard puncher.
