Yeah he has unofficially the best resume at 154 : Chavez, Lara, Kirkland. It's a shame that the media and the fans are ignoring him.

Canelo: The fraud who won the JMW vs a WW and continually fought smaller guys. Once he stepped up he got demolished.

When his name is brought up that's how he's gonna be remembered.

When it comes to fighters like Canelo, Chavez and Gesta who show too many flaws promoters know what they are doing and they know how to match them up. They're not ******. They also know their fans will pay like dumbasses no matter who they face so they get away with fighting **** opponents. Look what happened to Chavez this weekend and the same will happen to Gingerella once he steps up. GBP is fkin him over by not gradually upgrading his level of opposition.

If what you're saying is true, then why are people bitching about Canelo facing Kirkland?

Look bro I'm glad you calmed down with the childish insults and made a post that actually made sense. And I agree with you whole heartedly, GBP needs to stop babying Canelo and step it up. But when Canelo does mention he wants someone from the top 10, they bag on him, I mean what do people want?

Don't forget Kermit Cintron, he was ranked #2 when Molina beat him.

You should go back and find the quote where I said I had a problem with Canelo facing Kirkland. Only thing I said was they approached Kirkland when he was clearly injured. And there won't be any fight with Kirkland cause Kirkland is not only having problems with GBP but his own team too.

Honestly can we stop talking about Lara? You guys are sort of absurd with that comment... Lara may be a great fighter but the thing is he doesn't have the word "prize" in front of that. He doesn't bring much money to the table and fighting easier well known opponents is how its going to be. Boxing isn't what it used to be the fighters/promoters are out to make money and if Lara wants to be mentioned he needs a name for himself outside the BS forums. Canelo will probably fight a named fighter who's fairly easy before going on to fight Floyd/Cotto in May... which I have no problem with if step two of the equation comes through.

Lara will be fine now that he has Al Haymon. Beating Vanes will put Lara right in front of the line for a title shot (theoretically) against Canelo. Not much longer now before the "Baby Boy of Golden Boy" faces his first real test.

Floyd's only meaningful option right now is Canelo. Khan is off the list. Who else is there in the GBP roster? If he fights Guerrero, they'll say he's ducking Canelo.

Who else that is not a TR fighter? Berto? Haha... These guys have one thing in common: vacation. Fight cancellation puts a smile on Berto's face. What a clown.

Floyd also said no to the Paq fight offered by his best friend. So what is Floyd going to do with all of that free time he has right now? If that fight ever happens, albeit miraculously, it will take about 9 months to see it materialized.

Therefore, Canelo doesn't have to beg for the Floyd fight. He is only Floyd's expected option.
