Are you fucking kidding right now? Jesus Christ the hating just hit a new low. I said a long time ago dumbasses were going to hate on the fight no matter what. Even after people said Canelo was too scared to fight Kirkland. And now that he does want to fight him, it's a shit fight. SMH

I remenber guy here saying Canelo would be brutalized by Kirkland....way before Lara was well known, same goes with Vanes..Kirkland is a very good fight I would love to see Kirkland can KO anyone at any time, besides Kirkland was the #1 contender for ginger's belt lon before Lara and Vanes.

Knowing the scam going on they will have Paez Jr, Freddy Hernandez Sphinks, Quintana, Kendall Holt, Victor Ortiz, Robert Guerrero or even try a Bradley fight.

You can forget a Martinez fight, K9, Kirkland, winner of Martirosyan/Lara, Angulo and hell even a Delvin Rodriguez. Robert Garcia has a chin and is strong so they will also stay away from him

This Kid can fight and has great potential

Floyd is and will always be the man, but this is a fight I don't want for him unless it's now; becasue the kid is still green and get hit alot. This time next year no one will be able to touch him from what I can see. He's calm, smooth and dangerious.

well kirkland looked like a complete and utter zombie in his last fight getting a gift win. in the fight before that he almost got ko'd by one punch before coming back. in the fight before that he got ko'd by a feather fisted bum in 1 round. in the fight before that against a journeyman he got seriously rocked to his boots. if you look at trends, kirkland is not on an upswing. same thing when canelo wanted to fight williams who looked awful in his previous 4 fights. notice how he doesn't want to fight lara, trout, guys in their primes.

Guys who don't have any glaring weaknesses that he can exploit.

It doesn't matter if he fights Lara or Vanes, this was made apparent a long time ago. These guys are all in their prime and the supposed "elite" of the 154. It's a never ending cycle with Canelo. Remember how back when he first won the title people were saying he was going to get murdered by Angulo? Then what happened? He got sparked by Kirkland, and then it was "stop ducking Kirkland," then there it is you just mentioned it, Kirkland got outclassed by Molina. Now it's Lara, who's the flavor of the month, if Canelo tries to make the fight him a bet you anything people are going to say, oh well he already got exposed by Molina, or he doesn't have any power. Tell me if I'm wrong. And it just keeps repeating until a new flavor of the month emerges.

It honestly wouldn't be fair if Angulo got thrown into a big fight right now, dude is in a rebuilding process and has to find a new trainer.

also i'm not sure kirkland would be ready either because he is dealing with legal issues and it would probably be best for him to take a tune-up to test out his shoulder.
