i wish. May just killed his friendship with 50 bc 50 was pressuring him to make the Pac fight. u think May will take tougher fight against a bigger opponent, who even though he's older is closer to his prime than PAc. AND he'l make less than half the $ than he wud for a Pac fight. no chance. May dont fight for a year bc he will wait for an easy opponent to come out of nowhere with a big win, like he did wit ortiz

Martinez won clearly but i hate his style of boxing i hate it how volume punchers steal rounds with shots that don't connect and the way Martinez was running the last 4 rounds made me feel sick running but putting some swagger on it to make it look tough like hes not gassed throwing his slappy shots that were hitting Chavez gloves majority of the time the odd one getting through. Massive respect for Chavez though hes got heart and he still has a big future.

Did you see Chavez's face? What do you think that eye is gonna look like tomorrow? Chavez might end up having eye issues like margarito after tonight.

Round 12 was the perfect way to end the fight... Chaves was getting pot shotted all night. It was as bad a schooling as i thought it was going to be. A a part of me just became a fan of chaves after the 12th rd. If only he actually fought, he may have gotten lucky, but most likely would have gotten picked off with a counter and KOd himself. But Sergio is the ****, thats P4P status right there, Chaves was HUUUUUUGE compared to Sergio.

Until the last 2 rounds, I had been waiting for JCC Jr. to show up. I was actually doubting he was Julio Cesar Chavez' biological son. I mean, they don't look alike, he's tall as hell and hadn't shown the warrior gene.

I'm glad he showed up. I wish he would've shown up earlier. Now JCC jr looks like a garbage pail kid. I TAKE OFF MY HAT AND NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD SAY THIS, MAD PROPS TO SERGIO MARTINEZ. Freddie hasn't looked too good the last few fights. His fighters haven't lost close fights. They have been blown out or knocked out. Is it time for Freddie to walk away himself?

That was a good sparring session Martinez won 11 out of 12 rounds another Roach fighter exposed. Chavez Jr was nothing more than a paper champion he looked very average/ordinary tonight

I agree with this 1000%. It would be abuse to demand Sergio give a rematch because of the 12th round, ya'll gotta be joking right? Chavez needs to get his big ass up to 168 and start ****ing around with guys his size.

Sergio would make, by far, the biggest payday of his career. This was a HUGE promotion. That 12th made a rematch likely bigger. Maybe a lot bigger.
