JCC wins the rematch, no doubt. JCC will turn on the heat early and wear down and stop Martinez. The rematch will be more thrilling cause JCC knows he can knock out Martinez like the rest of the world.

Martinez is a master counterpuncher. The rematch would look more like the rematch vs Williams. JCCJ is VERY one dimensional, in fact slightly above bum level. Only some of the worst myopic JCCJ d1ckrider would believe he would win in a rematch. Martinez will put Chavez to sleep next time. Martinez just got careless at the final round. It won't happen again. And besides, junior is DONE.

Martinez won clearly but i hate his style of boxing i hate it how volume punchers steal rounds with shots that don't connect and the way Martinez was running the last 4 rounds made me feel sick running but putting some swagger on it to make it look tough like hes not gassed throwing his slappy shots that were hitting Chavez gloves majority of the time the odd one getting through. Massive respect for Chavez though hes got heart and he still has a big future.

As opposed to Chavez Jr who wasn't throwing punches at all?

Yes you are. If that was a 15 round fight like the old days, they would have carried Martinez out. JCC will knock him out in the rematch, that was obvious tonight when he finally stepped on the gas. Chavez knows Martinez can't hurt him and he knows he can stop Martinez. They will pick up where they left off with JCC pouring it on instead of waiting 12 rounds.
