It would of been foolish to turn that fight down to avenge a loss.
I'm not bashing Margo for taking an easier fight for more money.

The irony of some posters. They hate Mayweather for making business moves but justify it for everyone else.

Williams chose to take a voluntary defence against Quintana which he lost. He then rematched Quintana and won his belt back. Margarito vs Cotto happened a month after that.

The same reason Williams avoided the rematch right after....to not look back and move forward. It was only when he wasn't in the driver's seat any more that he started crying about it.

He was NOT a very good boxer. I do agree with the chin, height, reach and work rate.

                      Stop it.

Now listen when Margs is asked about a rematch (3:35)

Just stop it. Margs wasn't keen on fighting PWill again. He almost sounded like Khan after the loss--trying to talk his way into the WBO giving him his title back. He even goes as far as saying he wouldn't want a rematch unless Arum ran it since Goosen robs people.

                      Revisionist history, eh?
