Would be great if Chavez and Canelo got exposed on the same night. I would sig it ASAP.

He just hasn't been in the ring with an agressive fighter like Margo since. Williams is high volume but not so much a heavy hitting pressure fighter. Pavlik puts on the pressure but cannot turn himself which made things a lot easier for Sergio to escape when Pavlik was able to cut the ring off. Everyone else was a boxer who exposed Martinez early in the fight that you could use basic fundamentals to take him off his game and connect straight rights on him. too bad for Barker and Macklin (and Dzinzerik, the 154 lb fighter) they weren't pressure fighters or high volume punchers and Junior is a little bit of both when he gets going. Margo times 10. no wonder why Sergio is trying to play mind games, he has to convince himself!
all those fighters lost . chavez doesn't cut the ring off that well and neither does margarito so the fact that margarito was able to pin sergio on the ropes at times in his 16th pro fight is evidence enough to show that sergio is not the same fighter there is no way in hell that margarito of 2-3 years ago would have evr been able to do that to sergio and i honestly can't even remember the last fight where sergio is pinned on the ropes or the corner

Normally yes, but Sergio has been so out of character and filled with emotion that it could cloud his judgement and pressure him to take risks in order to back up all of his trash talk.

There lies the danger for Sergio and I think it's very real especially if Chavez Jr turns out to be a much tougher customer than expected.

Clearly there is NOBODY is the 154Ibs or 160Ibs division that can beat Sergio and they are all ducking him.
So who the phuck should he fight according to your "expert" opinions?

The same question posed on Chavez's resume brings up Andy Lee (who is not that good anyway) only. Is there anyone on Chavez's resume that can be considered a HOF fighter or a top 5 fighter in that weight class?

Common sense, Logic and Facts should dictate this forum. Jeez!!!!
That said, Chavez will get KO'd by the 6th round. He is the biggest joke in Floyd after his hermano Margarito the cheat!!!
i agree.which of the top middleweights have fought at ww at some point? sergio is a small mw big jr mw yet people complain about him not moving up in weight to fight ward. chavez is pretty much a light heavyweight so why doesn't he try to fight ward?or why doesn't ward come down to fight martinez?martinez is higher on most p4p list anyway

Not much to expose when it comes to Canelo. He's real.

This is why I still don't believe the hype.

The kid was rocked by a career Lightweight bloating up to Jr. Middleweight for the first time.

I think Jr. would eat his ass alive.

This is why Canelo is hesitant to let his hands go, and why he likes to play the role of counter-puncher.

I think he'll get exposed when he fights a guy his own size with the same kind of power that he has.

That chin is suspect to me still.

The man in your sig got dropped early in his career by a dude who only scored one knockout in his career.

Here Oscar gets dropped by a guy with double digit losses :

It was an early sign of his well known weak chin.
