Jan Zaveck would be a perfect first fight for Hatton. Zaveck is a decent and somewhat legit Top 10 WW or so, but not a top fighter really. Then, go for others.

Hatton vs. Amir or Paulie would be the money ticket....and we all know what Promoters love. I'd expect one of these two fights to happen.

I don't think that will ever change. Ricky is a fighter but he's definitely no athlete. With all the issues he's had since his last fight and the way he's treated his body, I don't see him ever competing against a decent boxer again.
        yeah, ZZZZZZZZZ whatever

all you guys attacking Ricky need to GTFO with that ****, he's good for the sport.

        WAR Ricky!

Don't understand all the negativity about his return.Leonard had drink and drug problems when he retired for 3 years.I know he stayed in shape and was an elite boxer but he still ****ed his body up with coke
Ricky has been living healthy for sometime now and if he wants to try again, fair play to him

Ricky should target Mallignaggi. The WBA belt give him some good bargaining oppertunitie's perticually if Brook wins the IBF belt.

Him vs Brook or Khan is more realistic.

              Mallangi might RE-Retire his ass.

take the fight that will make the most and get the most publicity before the most dangerous fight.

Khan, Brook and Malignaggi would all beat Hatton at this point, I don't think he'll ever be able to reach the same level as when he was in his prime. He's not exactly old but with all that drinking and *******, he'll always fold down the stretch. His stamina is going to be effected because of the drug damage to his body organs IMO.

Leonard at 50% is still better than prime Hatton.

It's not just the drink & drug problems outside of the ring, it was effecting him inside with his punch resistance.

So not only is one of Hatton's main assets now a weakness, he's physically too small for 147. His T-Rex arms are really going to hinder him and I cannot see him winning any notable fights.

                    Brook would knock Ricky out.

Khan doesn't hit too hard and Maligniaggi is a feather fisted guy that Hatton has already dominated and stopped.....either of those are winnable. If he can still take any kind of hit, he can KO Khan.

paulie might otubox him this time, but certainly hes no threat of knocking hatton out,but could stop him on cuts!

ide say fight his hated rival for big money and a win-WITTER

then fight another name tailored for him,no punchers,no massively fast or skilled smooth boxers.

He should got for title fights against bailey and or peterson.

if he thinks he can come back, after damaging his body with junk ect for so long, and after brutal kos,hes got to be crazy, especially if hes not matchmaking his fights cleverly.

his flaws in lack of defence MUST be improved upon,or everyone knows how to time and stop him again!

he Must NOT fight any punchers or slicksters/elite skill boxers.

                      no maidana,
                      no mathysse
                      no garcia
                      no marquez

not that it needs to be said, but no way in hell a pac or floyd rematch
