Who beats a Prime 168 Roy?

Anyone in the history of the 168 division, who actually beats a Prime 168 Roy Jones JR legitimately?

Quoted from another member on this forum "Roy may be the best SMW in the history of the division"

At 168 I don't think Roy loses to anyone. Roy at his best was probably the best boxer I've seen.
