i dont think i will ever be able to take khan seriously anymore, new trainer or not. i mean, ffs, he said that pacquiao and HIM are the best offensive fighters in the world last week. thats right, he said that HIM (khan) and pac are on the same level of greatness as far as offense goes lol.

amir khan needs more than just a new trainer, he needs a clue

The right move. Bringing in ****m while still working with Freddie would be counter-productive. Khan should keep David Haye's nutritionist around, he had Amir in great shape for the Garcia fight and even told him not to **** with Garcia.

Khan with ****m would be really interesting. Hopefully he can salvage his career.

I personally dont think any trainer in the world can make khan what he thinks he is. khan is a B level fighter with fast hands, he never has been and never will be at the elite level, and no trainer can change that. the more arrogant khan gets, the more vulnerable he becomes as a fighter. anytime he fights, they are gonna be comin for him hard, cause they know he has poor defense and a bad chin. a new trainer may help with his defense, but they will never take him above the level he is at. he just doesnt have it, and its too bad he doesnt know this...

Yeah. His most notable wins are Kotelnik, Malignaggi, Maidana, and Judah. Not that that's a bad list at all, but it in no way puts him up there with Mayweather or Pacquiao. I also had him beating Peterson, but either way his lack of ability to adjust was brought to light in that bout.

He moves well in the ring, has fast hands, and some of the intangibles that a world champion needs, but he also has a lot of holes in his game. I am not and have never been a big Khan fan, but I believe he could be champion at 140 again if he got down off his high horse and took it back to the drawing board.

He can start by avenging his loss to Prescott. If he can't defeat Prescott at this stage, he may as well retire.

Richardson is the favourite im hearing, basically a done deal isn't it?

I quite like the idea of Amir hooking up with Adam Booth myself

Khan is hiring Virgil Hunter as his new trainer.

Khan cant do anything about his chin, but he can mos def improve his defense to limit the amount of punches that get through. He also needs to learn to tuck his chin in, so many basic flaws in Khan, i'm shocked he got this far. A good trainer could turn him into a good fighter, he'll suffer some losses along the way, but at the same time he can have some great fights and win some belts

Praise Freddie for his wins, blame him for his losses.

Man up and accept you went in guns blazing with no game plan other than to completely disregard Lopez as no threat, whatsoever.

Doesn't matter who is your coach, if you don't respect your opponent you can be knocked the **** out.

Ask Tyson, and the other 10,000 fighters who have done the same thing.
