That is it. Man now that I think about it, Holmes was a true champion. It's just tough for him to come RIGHT AFTER ALI AND RIGHT before Tyson.

Big time under appreciated champ. Greatest jab ever too.

I miss the heavyweights. This is what boxing should be about. If we had all the 90's HW'S today ALONG with the Kbros? Every forum will be filled with threads like

    'Is Tyson ducking Lewis'
'How out of shape is Bowe'

    'Is Evander On Peds'
instead of threads about 5'6 Broner and his brush.

You think so? In between calling himself better than Ali and saying Marciano wasn't fit to carry his jockstrap (his own words), he was drop-kicking his contenders off of cars.

10/10 bad-ass yes, but in my opinion that's not how a champion should act, and certainly not how the other three you named did/do. I guess it's just down to opinion though.

          Ya I edited that.

But it wasn't anything serious. In fact that Batman fly drop kick was pretty funny.

As an ATG, Holmes would know how to neutralize a bottle and a tripod

I belive Haye is too slick to be caught with a flying dropkick.

I'm a Heavyweight fan, though the last great scrap was Liachkovic vs Brewster. I have watched half of the K2 fights but the level between them and their opponents now is too great. I believe when you have guys who are on a similar skill level it makes up for more exciting and entertaining fights. The 90's fights were some of the best Bowe-Holyfield, Holyfield-Tyson I, Lewis-Golota, Lewis-Ruddock, Tua-Ruiz etc great fights.

                      That fight lasted 19 seconds.
