The judges may as well stay home because JR will be retiring Sergio by 9:20pm PST.

Martinez should win, but this isn't the fight to bet on. It's a highly su****ious match that most people should be surprised was made in the first place. Bob Arum hasn't made a matchup this ****** in all the years I've been aware of him. Why Arum would risk putting Chavez Jr. in with Martinez, at this stage - really at all, but at this stage after beating a tall glass of water like Andy Lee as a career highlight is almost preposterous. I don't know what to make of this fight, and I sure as **** don't trust Bobby Arum.

Unfortunately that's how I feel too. The past 3 top rank PPV's have been all questionable decisions.

I think it is because Arum knows the deal with JCC Jr. and with his level of commitment to the sport there is no point playing for the long con because JCC Jr. will mess that up before it can come to fruition.

He might also hope that getting embarrassed might get JCC Jr. on a better path, more sustainable path~

Jr. and his father pushed for this fight, they refused to sign contract extension with Arum unless he could get Martínez. They know this is a very winnable fight at this point and the reward is huge.

I'm backing Martinez. He has struggled to land big fights and has had some pretty unlucky decisions in the past. He deserves it more than Chavez Jr. I feel like he needs to stop Jr. or win by a wide decision. I can't see him winning a close decision.

                Jr.

I like both fighters and first and foremost want to see a great fight without any controvery but somehow i doubt that's gonna happen(the controversy part).

If i had to pick one who i'd prefer to win though it would be Jr. I think he's been too harshly criticised and has way more haters than he deserves. Martinez is a don though and is most certainly gonna bring it.

Whoever win's i just hope is the rightfull winner inside of the ring and we get a great fight.
