Ive asked that troll the same question. Look at his thread history everything is Mayweather, Mayweather, Mayweather.

because of the double standard displayed by the fans of these fighters. many broner fans are floyd fans. they had no qualms about floyd-marquez being at 147 since Marquez was the one who called out floyd but turn around and act like Guerrero needs to accommodate Broner when it was Broner who called out Guerrero.

      its quite simple really.

Marquez, 135# fighter, called out Floyd, a 147# fighter.
Broner, a135# fighter called out Guerrero, a 147# fighter.

I know you will still fail to grasp the concept but thanks for keeping my thread at the top cupcakes.

The answer to your question is actually really simple. The Bigger name calls the shots. Mayweather was the bigger name, He gets to choose the weight. Broner is the bigger name, he gets to choose the weight. Thats how it has always been. the bigger name simply has more of a say.

Guerrero vs Broner should be made at catchweight 144lbs, but Guerrero should come in at 146lbs

Knowing Broner he would probably come at 150lbs, go away to make weight then come back at 153lbs

Broner is the bigger name based on what?

More Buzz. Lets even say there name recognition is even, which i dont think they are. But then that means they can meet in the middle. It all has to do with who has more pull. that is the answer to ur question plain and simple and the reason why mayweather could pull that off.

What would it have mattered Marquez still would have had to go up in weight which woulda meant Floyd still picked a better weight for him but anybody who believes he could make 140 still isnt thinking straight he's been at ww since 05 the fight took place in 09 that's 4 years later after a "retirement"

As it is, for years, all we heard them say was, "Floyd can easily make 140".

So, why is it any different for Guerrero and Broner?
Broner should go to 147 for one fight and beat the dog ***** out of overrated Guerrero.

Then move back down to 135 and continue his career.
Broner can win titles from 130-147 IMHO.
