All his fans said, "its not a catchweight fight, its a welterweight fight." If you replaced Guerro with Berto or Ortiz you'd have a point in that they are solid Welterweights.

Guerro isn't a Welterweight and taking Broner out of the equation he should move down to 140lb anyway.
