Is Ward that good? Froch will say yes and so will kessler. Is Dawson capable of fighting smart and adjusting to a running champion for 12 rounds? Ward on a decision as Dawson cries about being robbed. rematch in Vegas. Dawson wins on points.

Kessler and Froch are not even in Dawson's league. Dawson beat a couple European champions too (Diaconu and Adamek). I would say Adamek>Kessler and look what Dawson did to him.

I don't know if Dawson has enough rest to prepare him for Ward, not only does he have to drop down in weight, I don't know if his cuts have fully healed yet. But then again Morales fought Pacquiao after a brutal fight with Barrera.

the sakio bike andre ward fight should have been scored alot closer ? WTF ! really - ask Sakio what he thinks, he got beat at his own game, ward fought Sakio's fight. i dont remember anyone calling a robbery ? yes it was a competitive dominate performance like mayweather / cotto . Dawson called ward out and said he would have no problem coming down to 168 - the man is already at like 174 with 2 weeks out! Dawson is VERY GOOD he is an ELITE fighter don't get me wrong, but WARD is a DOG - and as soon as dawson starts having thos mental lapses "GAME OVER"

Quite high odds considering how decent Dawson can be on a good day. Dawson, if motivated in training, which his brother said was not early on, will likely lose, but a well motivated guy it should be 60/40 to Ward to win in my opinion.

DOG, GOD, SON OF GOD, SON OF DOG, whatever. The guy is nothing but a slightly smaller John Ruiz. He could send a glass eye to sleep.

His inside fighting is nothing special, if clinching & wrestling is now classed as brilliant inside fighting, he sure is the greatest ever. All I see is a one handed spoiler that should of been a wrestler.
I fail to see what others do in him, not impressed by him spoiling against slow opposition.

Dawsons got very good speed, we'll see how good he really is providing he don't headbutt Dawson to death.

I see Dawson winning this fight and be given to Ward do to the homecourt. There will some close rounds given to the Champ Ward. I dont see Ward hurting Dawson but i Can see Dawson hurting Ward even if its inside fight.
I can see this being a boring fight but its a fight that must happen. #goodforboxing

Why do some think that standing in the middle and slugging it out is boxing? I for one look forward to this fight and hopefully will se a display of real skill not just two guys blindly winging it hoping to catch the other. Yes its fun to watch but thats not what i would call the "sweet science"

And yes Ward is that good in IMO. 3-1 seems about right

I hope the clash in styles mke th fight boring. I don't see Ward hurting Dawson, but there is a good cance of Dawson hurting Ward...outside of that, I going with Ward on this one....

Although, the odds are against Dawson, I believe this fight could go either way. it all depends on who wants it the most.
