It does come from Pacman himself. I guess no one read the part where they said they're having issues with the weight for Cotto/Pacman. This is a ploy to try & force Cotto to accept another shady mannyweight because Pacman the supposed greatest active fighter is too chicken$h!t to fight a healthy Cotto.
