By upping their food & water intake.

They will basically taper off the carbs & dehydrate themselves to make weight then rehydrate and eat a light meal or two.

If you're wanting to know how to rehydrate 25+ lbs in such a short period then I have no idea, best asking Chavez Jr

if u ever wore a sweat suit before u would kno u could put it on cut the grass and lose about 8lbs of water when your done, so if u work out in it u could easily lose 15-20lbs. i rode a bike 5 miles and loss 13lbs but as soon as u start drinking water itll right back on

Cause they are dehydrated at the weigh in and hydrate and eat after it

To much dehydrating will wear you down and shorten your career. Its not healthy what guys like Chavez Jr. are doing.

U wouldn't be Able to lose that sort of weight the day of a weigh in after your already cut most of your weight . I've not worn one but can only see losses of that much possible by someone that's not on a strict diet .

It's nothing extraordinary. Weight yourself, and then go a day without eating and light water intake. Just one day, and then look at the results the next morning.

You'll be surprised. And then after you eat a good meal, it will all be back.
