What are the real weaknesses? I've seen guys post southpaws, inactivity, never fought a prime ww...that one was hilarious, pressure fighters. What are his true weaknesses...weaknesses folks?

Just because he takes a few jabs, a big left or a big right hand doesn't mean that's a weakness as Floyd has never been exploited over and over by these shots in one fight.

I'll start. He has no real weakness that I can see.

yea southpaws is an analytically lazy, incompetent, and silly answer for this reason

Swarming orthies have gave Floyd his hardest fights

Floyd just happens to have one of the best right hands of all time, the punch lefties are most open for

Jab is the only one really (coming from the orthodox stance since its closer) anymore. He's progressively made some his weaknesses... Lefts from the southpaw stance hit his glove and he naturally rolls that way but the jab seems to always catch him off guard and you can time him between his stance switching (from shoulder roll to where he puts his hands up). That and the jab when they step in (from orthodox stance) takes away his escape route and he doesnt roll right if they step in enough (leg positioning).. Cotto had some great ones, as did oscar.. But that is opposed to him spinning you/going in your blind spot (over their shoulder) from southpaw due to lead leg. Floyd is smart enough to eat the jab though instead of putting himself in danger for a follow up and lose his footing...i guess its kind of smart...whatevs.

In general I suppose body work would be effective (see judah) against non-mayweathers. Mayweathers greatest asset is his iq/composure not style. His physical attribute just so happen to be made perfectly for the way he fights.

Hate the dude but cant help respecting his craft. Minimal damage received, does damage himself, and is so economical he could fight tired? If I had a pro career, im not gunna lie but Thatd be ideal.

When he throws his right hand he drops his left, but his timing, distance and speed lets him get away with it

              Some weaknesses of the style:
              - Southpaw can take advantage of that style.
              - Quick jabs.
              - body punches to the exposed areas.
              - taller fighter with a long reach can still find openings that a shorter fighter can't.
              - If in that full shell position, you may not be able to get as much power in your shots.

The thing is that you need to find someone that has the right attributes and who is aware of how to take advantage of the weaknesses of that style.

                    Strengths:

Ducks, dodges, and runs away from his weaknesses until they turn into strengths. With that said, he potshots, giving the opportunity for his opponents to initiate attack and hopefully slow themselves down so he can showcase himself (Judah). Playing mind games for months or years to mentally exhaust his opponent from unnecessary stress is also part of his arsenal.
He might be trolling but this is actually a good post.

That is the thing ... look at Floyd's resume and they are missing something ....
                      - some have height but are passed it in age
                      - too many came up from 135/140 to 147 and either needed more seasoning or didn't belong at 147 (ie. Marquez, Hatton, Sharmba,... and Khan was supposed to be NEXT!)
                      - Some could have but didn't have it at WW and were inconsistent in many ways (ie. Judah)
                      - Some had NOTHING (ie. Baldomir)
                      - Some were naive (ie. Ortiz)
