He'll force Moreno to fight at a faster pace than usual, and he'll bring a methodical pressure. It's gonna be more action packed than people expect.
    Good post,I fully agree...

WBA bantamweight champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno is not ruling out a unification with WBO/WBC champion Nonito Donaire or a title defense against Venezuelan Lorenzo Parra. Moreno was set to face Parra but the fight postponed several times. An offer is on the table to fight Donaire on May 28 in Atlantic City. The champion of Panama is not happy with the financial terms and made a counter-offer of $500,000 dollars to face Donaire. If Donaire's promoter, Top Rank, pays Moreno the requested $500,000, then he doesn't care when or where the fight takes place.

      Found it......
Lol now Im the one on the phone. I'll read it once I get home. Thanks.

Beause mares is shorter/more compact. When 2 guys weigh the same, the shorter one always looks beefier.

Moreno being taller and having the longer reach, his biceps will look much smaller for example, doesn't mean he's any more or less strong though. I don't doubt he can make Mares respectful at all, he did vic.

As for the fight itself....well - Moreno is future p4p king IMO, that's just how i feel. Think very highly of him, and he's still young as hell. I wish he'd have gotten a Donaire fight, but he actually ducked his way out of that one and it bothers me.

anyone remember that? none the less, I like him over everyone in his class including donaire and rigo.

Yeah, I was upset with Moreno when that happened too. It worked out really well for him, and proved to be the right move. Look at him now.

It ended up being the right career move, and not a duck at all.

Yeah I remember..... I thought Moreno was the only one who could knock Donaire off of his ledge at 118..... I'm high on them both though

If Donaire keeps fighting like he has been and looking for the homerun he will lose to Nishioka and Moreno if they got matched up..... I think he knows that though

And I don't see a positive ending for Mares unless they rob Moreno..... Not a close fight that Mares gets the nod in but a clear robbery.....

Mares is a far better fighter than Vic. Besides Mares is the only 1 of these fighters, (Donaire/Moreno) that have beaten the likes of King Kong who easily is a better win than Vic since Donaire ended the hype.

Mares/Vic was far too close a fight to say Mares is far better. There's an argument that Vic won that fight.
