This idiot can't seem to accept that Pacquiao is the superstar of the sport. Floyd is not even recognized in many parts of the globe. There's no such thing as turning down offers in negotiations. It's stupid. If you want the fight, you don't say, take it or leave it. It just means you're just pretending you want the fight. If the other side says no to your offer, you keep on negotiating till the fight happens.

With 2 days of the talks breaking down with Floyd they announced the Clottey fight.Seems fast and shows exactly what their plan was
