Why do people keep saying Pacquiao wants the fight when he is the one turning down the offers

Random testing was not an issue til Pacquiao made it an issue
Then he found his way out of the fight
You mean the same random testing Floyd has avoided his entire career?

Shocking comeback kid...I don't doubt for a second that Floyd wants testing because of Pacquiao and it had nothing to do with cleaning the sport
However Pacquiao's response to random had been pathetic and to a normal person sets alarm bells ringing

This idiot can't seem to accept that Pacquiao is the superstar of the sport. Floyd is not even recognized in many parts of the globe. There's no such thing as turning down offers in negotiations. It's ******. If you want the fight, you don't say, take it or leave it. It just means you're just pretending you want the fight. If the other side says no to your offer, you keep on negotiating till the fight happens.

Sergio and Canelo also have nothing to do with this thread. Man you got a hard on for Canelo dont you? Everyday its Canelo this or that, when he already said he is going to meet with GBP to discuss his future fight in Jan. Might be Cotto for another big money fight for him so relax with the Canelo love. All will be sorted out soon

Last time I checked PAC has agreed to all ost demands. Floyd making such a demand like that when he has fought "better" opponents than manny, to a normal guy with 2 working nuts that waves a huge flag...

Exactly and Pacquiao walks away without negotiating
With 2 days of the talks breaking down with Floyd they announced the Clottey fight.Seems fast and shows exactly what their plan was
As for the bigger star in the sport, the ppv's don't lie....well Pacquiao's have for years but Mayweather is top dog when it comes to selling fights
