    He's active? He's as active as every other young contender going up the ranks and he also has no notable wins on his record. Maybe he's WBC top 10 worthy based on talent alone but you just can't justify the #1 ranking with a resume like that. Also, he's from the PR so I don't think the mexican angle plays into this equation. Cheers to more boxing politics and back door moves!

      Weird move by the WBC considering Dulorme is only known by hard core boxing fans and he is Puerto Rican.
