          What's the advantage to this?

          I'm not sure I fully understand what's going on here. From the outside looking in it seems like a huge conflict of interest and on top of that, gives the fighters very little upside to their pro careers.

              WTF? Has he lost his mind?
              I only hope that Golden Boy or Top Rank - whoever wanted to sign him - will help him get out of this nonsense contract.
              Most likely he got pressured by AIBA to sign and needs help to break up with them.

                  totally illegal to force olympic amateur competitors into contract before the end of the olympic games . Before semis boxers were told to make the decision , otherwise all the decisions would've gone against them .
