The answer? Friday Ahuyana, Rahman, Mollo and people don't forget! He was suppose to fight Kelvin Price who has some good wins. Price used his height and reach to outbox Tor Hamer who isn't a bad contender. Price would've been a good fight but due to injury he had to be replaced by "Lay Down Sally" Manswell.

I agree, I really want to see how good he is he was scheduled to fight Kelvin Price who had just beat Hamer a good prospect but Price dropped out for whatever reason, he was pretty solid. There is no doubt that he's got power but whether or not he'll be able to land those power shots or take a punch against higher competition is unknown. Also I just noticed that he put on a good amount of weight, he went up from 215 to 228 :wow

Wilder is really new to boxing, pretty impressive stuff check this out:

-Wanted to play for the University of Alabama Crimson Tide in either football (Wide Receiver) or Basketball (forward) but was forced to attend community college due to grade issues and his newborn daughter's spinal condition (born 2005).

-In 2005 Wilder then stepped into the ring for the 1st time ever, went just 4-1 in amateur boxing from 05-07. After that I guess he took a break to train.
His 1st AM fight in 2007 took place at Golden gloves on April 30th, over the course of 7 days he went 5-0 and won Golden gloves beating and upsetting the favorite Cadet world champ Isiah Thomas and David Thompson. His overall record was 9-1.

-From 07-08 he qualified for the Olympic Trials with just 21 AM fights, losing to gold Medalist Clemente Russo and winning Bronze at the Olympics. His final AM record was 22-5.

Very little experience yet was able to get Bronze at the Olympics, I can sort of understand why his team is moving him so slow. His body is also starting to fill out as he gained 13lbs.

Wilder is a step up for Klitschko's in competition.

Wilder KO's Chisora and KO's 40 year old retiree Tony Thompson even sooner

We wold love to face this guy but get the money right

Leo Nolan, who has sparred all the top heavies and has been stopped in one fight was in negotiations with this kid but they are low balling him and want to take the fight in Wilders backyard. I know for sure this will be a real test for Wilder. Leo, who stands 6' 4" and has a win over two fighters over 6' 6", Lou Saverese, and Julian Long has a record of 27-2 and has fought Alexander Povetkin losing by 3rd round KO. Leo said lets do it!

If this guy goes on to become world champion and beat older, slower and past their best Klitchkos, they will start talking about him as an ATG. If he retires unbeaten, they will start talking about his greatness and compare to him to greats of all time. And they will do it because he is american.
