    what a dummy

so instead of taking the fight vs Garcia that would net him his biggest payday ever, hesays no and now has to fight some bum for a pittance of what he would have made.....

Caballero was a damned good fighter. I remember when he absolutely destroyed Steve Molitor thus giving him 2 titles. All the same, at present he's about 5'10" and 36 years old so he couldn't have too much left as a top fighter.

He wants credit? He should have taken that Franco fight. He lost a lot of credit backing out of that. I'm just saying.

Caballero must be thanking his lucky stars he didn't have to face Garcia. It would have been an embarrassment for a young TMT to have him get KTFO by a Top Rank fighter.

TMT Promotions better keep Caballero away from Walters...HE WOULD KNOCK CABALLERO OUT! That dude is SO UNDERRATED but VERY DANGEROUS! Kinda remind me of Keith Thurman actually

Alright I need help here. The WBA orders Caballero to fight Garcia, but Garcia can just walk away from the fight? This seriously undermines and frankly, embarrasses the authority and reputation of the WBA. What just happened was that the WBA publicly announced to the world that Caballero MUST fight Garcia, but Garcia walked away leaving the WBA looking like it has no control of its fighters or fight schedules. It boggles me that one of the top sanctioning bodies in boxing just received the middle finger and there's no fallout. Caballero has to be thinking, 'If Mikey Garcia can pick and choose who he fights and ignore the WBA, why can't I?'

Dude Mikey walked away cause Caba had no intention of fighting him, maybe only untelevised from Panama. Caba is champ (regular?), Mikey no 1 contender with both wba and wbo, he can walk away and take a better fight with wbo champ Salido on US tv.

Walters is happy to fight in Panama, like the guy above says, that might not be such an easy fight for Caba,
