Aaron Pryor was forced to move up to 140 because no one gave him a shot at 135. He's a natural 135 pounder fighting at 140 through the second half of his career. He is the best at 140. Anyone who thinks he's wild knows nothing about boxing. A true boxer-swarmer, not a slugger(wild). I don't care what y'all say, no one can beat him at 135 either. Not Durant, not sweetpea(my second fav fighter of all time), and def not a Mayweather(my fav current fighter) or Pacquaio(the most electric current fighter). Even Adrian Broner(fav Current on the rise) knows not to compare him self to Pryor. Even though Broners going to be great, he'll never quite be number one in Ohio history lol.

You can look at it however you wish.

Look I have got attacked for how I view resumes and how I feel what I see is just as important if not more important than just what the record book says.

I won't tell you how to view it because there is no right answer.

Yes I do think Pryor would have beat JCC, that is exactly what I am saying but I know who did the better work at 140.

I get it, but I know how people talk **** about the exact same stuff about other fighters holding all this exact same stuff against them and view their careers very harshly.

Pyror just gets the benefit of the doubt for whatever reason, I would ssume mainly because people only ever see those three fights then hear tall tales about Leonard being scared of him~

Wow. Thanks for calling this to my attention, and providing a link. I was unaware of the incident; I don't follow track and field closely. I'm not sure what to think. There's a lot of controversy over what happened, with arguments on both sides. Robles's actions appeared intentional. Then again, there are other factors that indicate they might not have been.

Intentional foul or not, Dayron was rightfully disqualified in that race. Unfortunately, I'm now su****ious of him. But the fact remains that Robles later won uncontested Olympic gold and holds an uncontested WR in the 110 meter hurdles. It's tough to condemn a man when you don't have evidence beyond a reasonable doubt, so his picture remains in my sig.

Pryor may have cheated against Arguello (and others) with the whole “bottle incident,” but we’ll never know. Is Aaron to be condemned for something we have no conclusive evidence about?

I'm not attacking you, dude. Just asking you to make a committed opinion, that's all. Thanks for your input.

Jr Welterweight is not really a deep division historically so possibly.

I read how some guy here wrote Kostya Tszyu had "only average" ring intelligence. LOL. typical boxingscene poster who only saw one fight of a fighter and then makes comments like that. he probably only saw Hatton vs Tszyu and realised Tszyu is not good at defending them elbows and lowblows of hatton- thats why he labelled Tszyu as a fighter with "average ring IQ"
                  lol

Saying he is is a very solid argument.
