The difference this time is that Cotto wasn't forced to fight Pacman at mannyweight. So the fight didn't happen because Manny's mannyweight was rejected.

So in 2012 when it's a fact that Pacman chose Cotto but no higher tthan 148, in turn emphasizes the original catchweight because it then becomes obvious that Pacman won't fight him healthy.

i know pacquiao demanded a catchweight. i dont agree with catchweights. plenty of weight classes as it is. not aware of the wbo telling him he would be stripped if he didnt fight pacquiao.

with ward i think he should have fought dawson at 175. not like there is a ton of guys at 168 for him to fight. would have looked alot better on his record if he wins.

Again you see something that isn't there, but that should be expected. What's pretty obvious is that Pacman won't fight Cotto (a man he destroyed), when Cotto's healthy.
