Well same with me... To think this guy could be anything close to Floyd. We better get used to the idea Floyd is once in a lifetime kind of fighter. This is just sad. I can see Broner going the Nate Campbell route. Missing weight is just unprofessional. If he can't handle the cuts and his "off season" dieting (i think he thinks he can use the training camp to compensate for Burger King abuse) imagine how he's gonna deal with real difficult to manage things in life.

Boxing and HBO blow! This sport is doing everything possible to alienate their loyal fans. The fighters have a responsibility that they clearly do not live up to and the anticipation and hype build up by both the promoters and the networks have now become smoke and mirrors to the fans. These greedy, selfish ******s who know nothing about responsibility and integrity have done a great job of killing boxing.
The same sh#t happened to the Music Business when the suits took over and got greedy by trying to fool the fans with overcharging and releasing bad music. They tried to blame the internet downloading on poor sales but that was just another lie...YES a proven lie!!!....where is that business now? DEAD thats where.
Fans work hard for their money and their time is valuable too and these greedy pigs are clearly taking advantage. BOYCOT the companies and hit back!!! HBO should clean house with these Bozo commentators and get some fresh faces that actually have some credibility. The current line up is a boring as watching paint dry. I would like to know who has polaroid pictures on the shot callers because the producers, the networks, the promoters and the entire Boxing Commission is doing a really embarrassing job.

Let me clue you in, if you actually bothered to read, you would see a lot of pissed off Broner fans! And Escobedo is hugely popular in SoCal. Many wanted to see him fight, not just possibly win as they put it.

This was suppose to be his first legit test....maybe he shook that someone with knockouts on his records was finally fighting him, smdh he coulda easily made 140 without trying, it probably takes more effort to come in at 143. I'm still a fan cos i don't hate but it is hard to defend da kid now
