Chavez and his fans keep talking about his "size and power" but the kid has no skill whatsoever. Size ain't enough in this sport if you're up against a fighter/boxer who can bang with the best of them. Can't wait to hear all the excuses after Martinez beats this kid up so bad that his pops is going to have to come in the ring and stop the fight.

Mistakes??? LOL. Everyone knows Chavez will try to rely on out muscling Martinez and on a strong chin.
Are we going to have to hear this dribble everyday?
Hey guys! Go train!

Macklin proved what a cat fighting with urgency could do to a Sergio who is losing those determined legs.
This ain't Canelo.
This is an under appreciated champ with the genetics and heart to make great prizefights and potential history.
Alvarez will soon face his Khan/Broner moment.
And Canelo is levels beyond Chavez skill-wise.

Considering Macklin is one of the least techincal boxers on the planet.Last edited by IronDanHamza; 07-21-2012, 07:47 PM.

Macklin is a pretty good boxer in comparison to a lot of MW's imo. I think he is a much better boxer than Chavez is...all he does is come forward and pressure.

Dude is going to fall right into the trap so to speak and come right in on Martinez all night and get caught by flush straights. Chavez thinks that boxing means stand and trade...which suits him fine but that isn't the way it works.
He can call it running if he wants but it will be hard to explain how he got beaten up so bad by a guy that was just "running" from him all night. The bigger they are, the harder they fall.
martinez is in his prime would mop the floor with chavez jr ill give you that BUT since the barker fight he's showed he's starting to fade despite winning he's not the same martinez to step in with pavlik/williams he's much more faded look for chavez jr to do damage
i see ur betting record is Betting Record: 236-150 well after sept 15th its gonna be 236-151 lol the way you write off chavez is amazing
dont be suprised if he pull a danny garcia lolLast edited by 915angel; 07-21-2012, 08:01 PM.
