Sergio publicly shows Floyd respect as he knows he can one day fight Floyd and if he beats Floyd, Sergio will become no1, being seen as no1 is what drives Sergio.
Thats why he is lying about how good he thinks floyd is. Sergio has said before he thinks Pac is the best when his guard was down, that is where the reality lies.

It's more of a swipe at Pac. He hates Pac. He obviously seen a video of Pac laughing after watching a Sergio fight. (I remember that video.) And Pac was actually just in his usual element, smiling and answering silly questions from people around..."that's the guy who's been calling you out, what do you think?" Sergio will insult Pac at every opportunity.

Listen to what u just said, he wants to fight Floyd because he feels Floyd is the best...he has always been saying this, but a long time ago, he didnt notice the pattern in Pac's opponent choice until Pac started fighting guys like Mosley, and Margarito...He doesnt een respect Pac, cuz he has often criticised him for fighting bums...its a simple as that, one fighter is skillful and fights real opponents, and the other is overrated, and fights bums, and Sergio is a fighter, so he has a natural respect for one, and looks at the other as a joke..Simple math, its not as complex as ur trying to convince urself it is
