I actually dislike someone more than Bernard Hopkins now. At least Hopkins is a great boxer unlike this little shit.

Houston we have a problem! lol Messed up. We all know he's moving up but he didn't say he was moving up in weight before the fight!
Talking about disrespectful... He has certainly learned the ropes on getting people to pay attention to him! This kid will make a lot of money if he keeps on winning. No doubt about it. No doubt about it..... Hopefully they fine him.Comment

Morales fails to make weight:
By Jake Donovan - Six months after making boxing history for his native Mexico, four-division titlist Erik Morales has elected to end his reign on the scales. Morales was over the limit for Saturday’s showdown with Danny Garcia, which headlines an HBO-televised doubleheader (10PM ET/PT) from Reliant Arena in Houston. As the scales read 142 lb. for what was supposed to be a 140 lb. title defense, Morales (52-7, 36KO) showed no desire to sweat off the remaining two pounds and opted to vacate the title. He is also forced to part with 10% of his purse. Half of that amount goes to the Texas Boxing Commission; the remaining half goes to Garcia, who checked in at a chiseled 139.5 lb. for a bout that marks his first on HBO and for a title.

Rios fails to make weight II:
Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas - The weights are in for Saturday night's HBO pay-per-view. In a battle for the vacant WBA lightweight championship, interim beltholder Richard Abril (17-2-1, 8KOs) came in at 135-pounds. Former champion Brandon Rios (29-0-1, 22KOs) weighed in at 137, two-pounds over the lightweight limit. He came back later to weigh-in a second time at 137. Rios struggled to make weight for his last fight in December against John Murray and initially planned to move up to 140 before agreeing to this fight.Comment
