Vitali turns 41 in five days.

Ever since Vitali appeared somewhat faded in his fight with Chisora, Haye seems more willing to fight him.
In 2009 Haye had 1 fight at Heavyweight:

    Monte barrett

6 fights later I think hes ready for any version of Vitali. I pick him to win outright.

more heavyweight fights like this please. Haye is bringing the excitment because he is still vulnerable. Im tired of Wlad and Vitali having such a size advantage. Wlad didnt turn Haye into a pizza face so for anyone trying to discredit Haye for not getting anything done in that fight, i hope you also have some criticism for Wlad.He also fought way too cautiously. Tyson Fury is knocking on Wlad's door and Haye wants Vitali. keep the trash talking going, this is fun stuff for the division.

I'll be surprised if the Vitali - Haye fight comes off. I fully expect Vitali to retire, Haye then winning Vitali's belt and rematching Wlad.

Remember Haye was gassing from round 4. He produced a good knockout but he is not on Vitalis level.

give credit where it's due. i'm not a haye fan & was cheering for chisora but he did not fight haye in 2009 because there was no contract signed. don king offered him a bigger payday, an easier fight for a title the klitschko's wanted & a better position to bargain with if he won. what happened then? he won the fight & got 3 PPV fights including a huge blockbuster with wlad. if he fights vitali he gets a 6 digit check, no PPV money & possibly never gets another chance to cash in like he did. there was no duck at all. it was business & don king gave him an offer he couldn't refuse. don king is the reason vitali\haye never happened in 2009 not because of haye ducking him. besides when haye\wlad happened haye brought more money to the table then wlad & That's coming from the klitschko's camp themselves. the fight took so long to make because haye didn't want to give up his PPV money & since the wlad was only getting german tv money he tried to make it a 50\50 split of purse & brit PPV & haye said screw you!. none of this happens if haye fights vitali in 2009...i'd say haye made the smart business choice. vitali has barked enough the last couple of years about haye so let's see if he has any bite...this reminds me of everyone claiming lennox ducked vitali but at least lennox fought & beat him...

Definitely make this fight. Haye's lack of stamina still worries me but it's the best Heavyweight fight out there and it seems more winnable than a Wlad rematch.

I can't really get into this fight seeing how haye embarrassed himself against wlad

Couldn't care less if they fight
                    Would play out the same

While i agree that haye was getting tired but then again styles make fights!
Vitali also got bullied by chisora and was very tired at the end of the fight!
Styles make fights! Neither haye or vitali are pressure fighters like chisora!
This makes the haye vs vitali fight very interesting!
If haye isnt afraid to engage with vitali he has a real good chance!
